Meet the owner

Karina Kusdinar is a Melbourne-based media producer and educator.
She has over twelve years of professional experience in digital technology and media production within the television industry, short film industry, music industry, event industry, fine art and commercial photography industry; include advertising, broadcasting, and publishing. As well as, visual communication design, specifically in product design, interface design and graphic design. Besides art installations and exhibitions, she expands her arts and digital media within the education field.

She gained her degrees from Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology for Diploma Media and Communication (majored in Marketing & Multimedia) + Bachelor Film & Digital Media (double majored in Film and Photography (Digital Media) with electives: Animation, Visual Communication Design and IT ) in Deakin University, and Monash University for Master of Teaching for Secondary Education Level.

Her achievements in the art and media industry started when she was nominated and selected to be a Student Ambassador of Faculty Arts and Education as well as one of the exemplary students at Deakin University. Since then she received many invitations to be guest artist, art exhibitions and guest lecturing in universities globally. Since then, she finally found her place where she belongs. Later she pursued her further study and career in the education field.

She achieved and has developed an Instructional Design for Arts and Media education and curriculum towards Digital Transformation across teaching and learning systems among educators, school staff, student teachers, student, parents and community.

Moreover, she undertakes additional courses from General Assembly, specialised in Digital Marketing, JavaScript Development and User Experience Design). From RMIT, she enhanced Creative Writing Fiction & Non-Fiction, Social Media Marketing & Copywriting in Action.

Until today, her artworks in photography, video and art installations regularly exhibited in Melbourne, Sydney, Jakarta, Bandung and Paris over the past eleven years.

From her personal experiences which include up and down moments in her life as well as the conditions, situations, opportunities, choices and most importantly the people who gave and made meaningful life lessons and experiences; she decided to sacrifice some time to complete certification as a mindfulness coach. Therefore, she is now expanding her freelance work as a coach.

Karina simply loves to connect and support others as she believes that together we can do better things, accomplish bigger purposes, and create a stronger and more positive community towards world peace.
